Unfortunately what most lack in Seo, is a clear and concise plan of action. Yes, many will learn the strategies and methods required however fail to act or fail to implement the complete plan therefore resulting in minimal outcomes. Just like any marketing campaign, it must be implemented right through to the very last step, Seo isn’t different.

I am trying to place my site on search engines. Can any body tell the tags should be in caps lock or in smaller caps. its html file. various source quote the different way. Does asci or utf coding makes any difference?
Also my site has an index page in public directory and two sections in two folders. so there are 3 index files. Can you guide which index files (I hope only the one in public directory out of folders) should be added with meta tags.
Also which are the best search engine sites to put my site. When I search I find multiple lister sites but i feel they are spammers.
